My Kindle

Hey everybody! So just recently I dropped my Kindle into the water and the case was on it and I got it out and I put it on the towel and I finished what I was doing which took like 30 seconds then I dried it off and I turned it off, brought it into my room and I tried to turn on but only the start up screen worked and I plugged it up and the same thing happened so I brought it into the kitchen and dad covered it with rice and the next day around the same time of day I checked it and it still didn't work. Well I had been feeling like crap and mom had gotten sick earlier that week and that's who I think I got it from and so, Dad being funny said that I was suffering from Kindle withdrawal. Harharhar. A little bit later that day dad picked the kindle up and put it upside down in a cereal box and so it would drain better and it turns out that that works. I didn't check it last night and and so this morning I checked it and it works!! If you can't tell by now it happened at night. My suggestion for if you ever drop your kindle in the water is to wait over 48 hours to check it.
